• • 1 Year Follow Up – We call every client one year after project completion to find out if there are any specific concerns or issues. More importantly, we want to know how the design is functioning, how any unique materials are wearing and how the craftsmanship is standing up to time and closer scrutiny. Ongoing client feedback is essential to our improvement and growth.
  • The Standard Warranty – We honor the standard contractual one-year home construction warranty on all workmanship and materials and the manufacturer’s warranty on any equipment and appliances provided by Teakwood Builders.
  • Client for Life – In reality, we know that our work and the Teakwood reputation goes beyond a year after a project’s completion. It is our practice to remedy any situation in a way that ensures your satisfaction, no matter how much time has passed since your project’s finishing point.
