This 1942 Cape Cod house nestled on a charming property, with tall pines and a secluded circular driveway. The house itself had great bones, but was too small, too formal and too dark for the young family’s tastes. The upstairs bathroom was especially inadequate – basically a toilet, sink and shower crammed in a small closet.
The family bought it anyway and called upon Teakwood to help them breathe new life and their own personality into the home with a whole house renovation.
